There was a Ukrainian girl I was with for a number of years. She was hot, good in bed, spoke five languages, and had at least two Master's degrees. We had a lot of fun together, but.

I think a lot of the things about I said about body language and cultural cues work both ways. In a lot of social situations here in the states her interactions with people were just plain weird. Generally I could expect that if we went on a trip for a week anywhere there would be at least two or three bizarre malfunctions that made zero sense to me. One time it was at a TSA line in Miami that escalated with her being grabbed for "extra screening". She came across as having attitude to the TSA agents and they thought she was not respecting their authoritay. To this day I can't figure out if she had "attitude" or not. Her body language when interacting and talking to people was just plain off to an American.

When I've traveled to a lot of places in Easten Europe I've noticed the same weird tics and mannerisms that caused so much drama in Miami and San Francisco.

Bluntly this kind of shit was exhausting and that's 99 percent of why I don't want anything to do with her anymore.

[/QUOTE]Not been to East Europe much but been a lot of other places. Your experiences are not unique. It's really just a cultural difference and it definitely causes issues especially with under-educated and unworldly fucktards like TSA.

Example, I have worked with a lot of Dutch people and spent time in the Netherlands- they are blunt mother fuckers who tell it like it is. It's not that they don't care about your feelings but to them honesty is literally the best policy and they will tell you you're too fat and don't need that dessert as a way of being caring and invested. This caused some often hilarious dust-ups in the workplace and the Dutch folks would be completely clueless, they were just being the way they were raised. A lot of them look at Americans and whiny little bitches who focus more on surface politeness than reality and they aren't wrong.

And yeah on the 5 yr thing. I'm definitely watching how things are going, there is a down side to everything.

One thing I've also noticed is that in a lot of countries with a lot of naughty nightlife, is that sometimes getting with civilians can be like shooting fish in a barrel.

I've had good luck with civilians in both Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Russia, and Ukraine.

The other trippy thing about Thailand is that there are all these hot Australian girls running around and are largely ignored by nearly all men of any nationality. And again if you pay attention to them for ten minutes they will end up with their hands down your shorts right after breakfast. Some of the hottest and craziest fuckings I've ever had were with foreigner ladies in Thailand.
