Plus they don't know the details of the shooting until they interrogate him. Whether the charge him or now will depend upon the the. Depends on who says what. From what I was told, he was retaliating because another girl, who is in jail, had robbed him. Kimora not knowing this, had her phone, and responded to the call, so he just killed her instead. I know that she had a bad reputation, but she didn't deserve to die, jail yes, but death, No.
