Maybe my timing, but every time I've been out there (no rhyme or reason to day of the week or time of the day) I always see the man talking to girls, random traffic stops, or just posted up at gas stations or fast food joints. Then Ill see them speed up trop or Nellis without sirens, but with heavily revved engines. Most are still in the weeklies but tend to be on CL or other websites, or they come out grab a trick or two and bring them in at a higher rate to satisfy the weekly rent and drug habit. All things are cyclical. Once a primo batch of drugs hits the streets along with less focus from the man, the girls will be back, you just have to time it right. In my opinion, as long as boulder has the weeklies, casinos, and still acts as a "highway" linking Henderson and Downtown Las Vegas, the element will always be there.
I travel down the trop stroll to get to work so I thought I'd just add my two cents on it a little bit. I have to be to work around 6 am and have noticed if you want a BSW for a very affordable price, that's the time to go. There's still a cover of darkness and LE presence is usually pretty low. Getting FS for 60 is a definite possibility around this time for a fairly attractive girl.

Odd ass spelling, I know, but this is what she wrote down. Got into town yesterday and headed to Trop first before checking into the MGM. As I pull up to the DM intersection, noticed a WSW go into the Chevron. Waited for her to come out, right in front was a doofus in a company truck (with company logo on side) tried to pick her up. (what idiot uses their company truck to monger?) She turned my way and I made the scoop. Name she gave me was Kortnie, early 20's, fairly cute. Got in the car, she recognized me from a previous trip. Went to her weekly, FS for. 8. However, I was apparently her first trick of the day and she needed her meds, so it was a pretty bad experience, really rushed. Too bad as she has a killer body. Real ghetto speak, though, which is a turn-off for me as well. I took her digits, but just looked for the scrap of paper and can't find it. No matter, I wouldn't repeat.
Trop had a pretty good selection all day, almost all BSW's.

Later on yesterday, decided to head to BH, mainly to check things out. Was a fair selection, first picked up Christina, WSW a bit chunky, sporting a bit of innertube around waist. Wanted $, with everything covered. Passed.
After awhile, picked up a hotter, but older blonde spinner. Probably early 30's, lots of makeup, but nice spinner, teeth a bit messed up. (had on really short shorts, the buttcheeks hanging out does it to me everytime).
8 for everything, got a room at a notel, nice girl, unrushed. Didn't get digits.
Went back to BH after dark, still a few out and about, but nothing interesting.
Just did a few loops on Trop, not really intending to do a pickup, just to see what is happening. BSW's all over, mainly on the walk under the bridge. Only one or two WSW's. Older one down near DM. Saw a short blonde spinner in a blue hoodie, looked really good, but my eyes always play tricks at night. Looked young and hot, but we have all BTDT where the pickup yielded a toothless 45 year old instead, LOL. Tried to get a better view, but she got scooped at the Budget. I purposely went on the stroll with only 40 bucks in my pocket so I wouldn't be tempted, anyway. No LE in sight.
