I can connect on Xfinity / Comcast WiFi with or without my AVG VPN.
I can also connect using Verizon cell service IF I use AVG VPN. Only bare cell service is a problem. My VPN has me in Chicago.

Just download the Tor browser to your device, and boom anything you look for on there is invisible to your provider. I personally would leave them, but Tor is there for just that. The only pain in the ass is, this site does not have https, so you have to tell it to connect anyhow, twice. Tor is the best vpn actually, and I use it so I can be totally anonymous. Not on it now though. But that is the simplest work around, and the best part it is free.
I have Visible which is a sub company of Verizon that uses their network and have no issues accessing this site.

Interesting thing to note, I've been researching taking a trip to Tijuana and have no problem accessing international sex guide on my phone. Not sure if the 2 sites are affiliated but I assume they are.

I live near Toledo and have Tmobile home internet. Tmobile blocks this site also. My cell service is with At&t and I have no problems accessing this site with at&t.
Can't get onto Escort Alligator via Verizon, turned on the Proton VPN and it works now.
Wonderful that private enterprise is now deciding what's acceptable for a consumer to view.

Scroll down to the bottom where it says https-only mode. Click don't enable https-only mode. This site works everytime.

Hey Everyone, hope you're all doing well! I'm planning on taking another trip to Tijuana at the end of April or early May. If anyone is interested in going, you can DM me and we can work out the details. If several are interested, we can have a meet and greet and have a better idea of the crew and even discuss current topics around here to help out one another.
Why I've been going? I work so many hours and travel for work quite often, that I can't ever nail down an appointment with the ladies I'm interested in. I've tried to make arrangements with Hunter from GR, I've tried to make arrangements with MandieHart and it's always been my very hectic schedule that's been the problem. I brought up those 2 in particular because many on here consider them to have GPS or won't ever agree to pay the rates that they ask. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and everyone has different likes, dislikes and budgets. Tijuana offers both high end providers on a budget.
Tijuana has 24/7 Brothels with hotels attached that you can stay your entire trip at. There's SW that line up and down the street's if that's your thing, and finally there's many escort agencies to choose from. There's several thousand girls to choose from during your stay and Mexican officials do the best that they can to have each provider tested for STD's. Tijuana is the largest Red Light district in North America.
The going rate for a provider is roughly $100 an hr for GFE everything included, sometimes Greek. That's Club or Escort rates, SW can be a lot lower if you negotiate. Overnight 8 hrs is roughly $300-$400 and can be negotiated as well.
I've been to Tijuana several times, it can catch you off guard if you let it. Definitely not the safest city around but just like any urban environment, if you know the boundaries and you don't make yourself a target or an obvious outsider, you'll be fine. You'll want either your passport book or enhanced driver's license to get back into the US. You'll also want to brush up on your Spanish or at least be comfortable with Google translate.
I know that this isn't for most people, but it's an option for anyone interested. Remain Safe everyone!

Both hotels and clubs have the same owners and are across the street from each other. You can take a girl from either club to either hotel.
Both clubs are open 24/7 but HK has the better selection of women overall. If you have any negotiating skills whatsoever, it's $100 for an hr of legitimate GFE, sometimes including BBFS and GREEK. YMMV of course!
