Well, glad that Yuki has changed.
Late last year or was it this year, Yuki was different.
She said she was happy with taking 1 client per day and it was a hard time making an appointment with her.
She was a little lazy, maybe she thought that if she was taking 1 client per day, she would had enough money for rent, and never really focus on financial in the long run.
Also her place was really small.

I am free to hire who I want. You can also send your provider a 1099. Some like it because they need to show some income to justify how they pay living expenses, yet not too much so they can receive government financial assistance. Part off their parole is to get a job.

A nice big payday. All legal. I know one parlor that was able to subsidize their women during Covid by getting payroll assistance.

Although I dislike the IRS as much as anyone else, mongers should know in advance the possible consequences of this scheme. Especially if the prostitute subsequently faces some other criminal charge, having her inform on a monger's criminal tax offenses could be a bargaining chip for her defense lawyer.

If the business has a license and the woman all have a license then of course it's legal. Just look how much the government gave them PPP loans during COVID. Not all woman are paid in cash. Some get a W2 or 1099 from the credit card sales. But it's a small amount. They need to show some income to get government benefits. Helps to have documentation.

A 1099 serves the same purpose (report to irs) for non-employees (independent contractors). Independents need to provide proof of their independence if audited by the irs following the basic rules of if it quacks like a duck, walks like a duck, and swims like a duck, it's a duck. Form of compensation whether cash or credit card, or barter makes no difference.
