Meanwhile, the distancing isn't even a legal requirement for groups of two that would be meeting somewhere in private.

So why all the concern about the government potentially enforcing health recommendation that doesn't apply to your situation, when you & your friend are each engaged in actual criminal activity?

While I have the floor, I have seen a few questions on how LEO is handling arrests at this time, especially Lord Darts' boys. I have no official info on what policy (written or unwritten) that CPD or Cook County is using. But here is a little info from other locations. A friend of mine over in Indiana that has a neighbor that is a local cop has been told that they are not stopping people for minor traffic violations, like speeding unless it is considered to be of a dangerous nature. In my local town, cops are not investigating minor crimes such as your home being broken into, unless there is significant loss or damage or danger. This info was in the local media. They are simply taking phone reports. Both of these reports are designed to reduce LEO contact with the public. Take that for what it is worth and if other mongers have info on what locals PDs are doing, feel free to report it. No rumors, please, that might get mongers in trouble- make sure it is solid info.

So as a result I look like the cover of a beatles 64 album. A mop top at 67! I do know when I do get to see my hair girl I'll have some explaining to do or big tipping or both! Yea it's dry. I noticed even on eros where there would be three or four pages of girls in town there are only two. oh btw all-i have seen more fuzz hanging then i have ever seen driving around in the city or out by the airport. over by the hip mall in norridge they are testing at the old emissions place as i go by there to shop back in my old hood. when this first broke it was madness right in that area. today it' not as bad, however still backed up. and even though that is not really city, the city fuzz is everywhere over there. mostly i see cruisers podding around out here so not as many drive bys. the weirdest thing i saw by the uc when coming up damen from getting my mail early sunday morning was two indiana sheriffs brown cruisers fly around me. they wound up at the uc so free breakfast must have been on and they figured wtf it's a ways but let's roll! no really i am sure they were on official fuzz business! stay safe and let's hope these providers don't go crazy with high fees when this clears up thinking that we need them so bad they can jack up their prices.

I don't know if any of the LEO activities surrounding this hobby would ever involve incarceration, but if they did, this is the absolute wrong time to end up in a jail. Especially Cook County Jail.

On the village website anything minor like who really knows what that entails is to be phoned in. What usually happens up here for instance the homeless can take the blue line at rosemont, jump on the big blue bus (not my former garage down here though) and get off in our little downtown. Usually if the fuzz sees them hanging out, they will say look we are giving you a free ride! Meaning they escort them back up to rosemont, see that they get up on the el and then send them towards the city. Now what one of the homeless guys told me while he was waiting for the bus was that they just told him look you don't belong here so get on the bus and get out now! The fuzz station across the street is closed unless it's official business. So yea I am with you, ump. The line is blurred. I am of the belief that if one is stopped for something stupid while driving they are going to ask what you are doing out and in the area. I mean I have limited my in city drives only because right now there's nothing down there but my mail box downtown.

Those places are incubators for this kind of thing. I know when I was doing what I now call "sucker" work with the cpd, west loop associations and charitable organizations (problem being the same 15 people do all the work and the rest of the community just applauds and gives you your complimentary pat on the back!) We toured cook county lockup with the cpd and got an extensive tour. Everything in there is tight and we did go into a cell which was two to a cell except when they are crowded and then they did one on the floor, two in the bunks. They have those blocks where they do have a communal area. When they are processed they chain them all together when out of this big cage. Makes you wonder why people do crazy things and wind up in there!

I had just written yesterday saying I had no official info about CPD. Today there is a story in the Trib. CPD brass wants to set up checkpoints. Technically, they would be the usual safety checkpoints, looking for seatbelts and auto violations. But people out without a "valid" reason would be urged to go home. The police union is against this as is the ACLU. What does that mean for us? I'm not sure. It will be of interest first to know where these checkpoints will be. Let's say that one is located at North Cic and Fullerton. Does that put a crimp in the route, do we all tell LEO we are on the way home or to the grocery store? Or do we just endure LEO telling us to go home? I personally believe, that if not from the neighborhood, LEO might not believe you are merely shopping or on the way home. LEO is not totally dumb as to why we are out there, especially on some of the seedier routes like 5th. The problem now is that they will believe they have a legitimate reason to stop us. "No sir, we are not stopping you here on Fifth Avenue because we believe you are seeking street girls. We are simply checking to see if you are using your seat belt. " And there is the other thing, that LEO doesn't particularly want to get that close to either us or the girls any more than he has to. So feel free to contradict me or add to the info from the Trib. I'm simply guessing and proposing potential scenarios. I have no idea what reality will bring.

I also meant to add in my previous post that if stopped at a checkpoint late at night when most stores and fast food places are no longer open, that you might have a hard time convincing LEO that you have a legitimate reason for being out. E. , not wearing a seatbelt (your word against theirs, assuming they are physically out of their car and observe you straight on not wearing a seatbelt), headlight is out, rear taillights don't work, etc. Nothing wrong with saying your coming from a friend's house in the area (no basis to ask you for an address) and driving home. I've been out running errands after the stores are closed and maybe one or two fast food joints are left open. Granted one may be in an area known for prostitution, but that in and of itself doesn't mean a thing if you are going about your business and don't look like your trolling for hoes.

I want to say it looks like this petite 20 ish yrs old LSW Jessica that used to be by 5th / Cicero. I know the hard candy these girls enjoy takes a fast toll. This one looks a bit older. I believe they will make a stop for any legit reason as mentioned to check to run your plate and you to see if there is a want or warrant and also if you are a stinkin! Course who can get drunk and then drive these days except I heard it did happen up in niles or up further north where after the accident description the first thing I thought of was a drunken move! Fuzz knows why guys are cruising especially in the hot areas. I do like to have a reason in my mind for being there such as oh going to the menards at north and kenton over there although with this current situation hours are strange. They usually will be open till 10 pm. Then as mentioned the fast food joints. Also as I have mentioned I have a p o box downtown and could just say I am doing a mail run. I believe if they don't catch you in the act and you don't pull a want or warrant and there is nothing wrong with your driving or your vehicle they will just cut you loose and say go home! Then just do that imo. Right now even over here by the airport fuzz is just going around in those cruisers crazy like as I don't even know what their supervisors know what to really do. I can tell you that fire is going wherever on calls so they must have spread the word that all of the little villages close by city will help the city when needed. And of course that testing place is just east of here a few miles and that is a hot bed. I am sure most people are behaving as they are scared. Be safe and well all. Both day and night have their advantages and disadvantages, Grand and Pulaski gets too heavy with LEO especially in the warmer months once the sun comes down. Last year I was getting pulled over at night by Pulaski / grand area and by Cicero / 5th And kostner and Madison. They never pulled me over because I was soliciting or looked like I was soliciting. It was for stupid things like I or my vehicle fit the description of some other a hole Or what are you drinking sir? Really? Of course they check my backseat, driver's license etc. And then apologize to me. Total turn off when your looking for some action. So I decided to try to score more in the daytime. So far so good. Potomac and Pulaski in the daytime is hit or miss but recently even with this virus last week there were 4 street walkers waiving at cars around 1 pm. On Pulaski between Augusta and Chicago in the daytime between 9-12 I scored 2 WSW honeys within 2 days.

Also on Hamlin from Chicago to Augusta I got 2 WSW together in the daytime, took them to notel by 5th spent 2 hrs with both of them. Looking forward to the warmer months, I'm seeing some new faces. Take care and be safe out there.

Figured I would try to get out of my place for a little while today, I'm getting so bored that I have considered working out, just to have something to do, so it's getting seriously boring.

I figured that I would take a ride to 5th Ave and see what was going on and it wasn't that much, I saw two BSW on one of the side streets to 5th Ave, but nothing that intrigued me, figured I would take a look at W Madison Street, which also has some activity once in a while, saw one BSW again not interested.

Where are the white girls at, are they just not working the streets or am I going to the wrong locations? If anyone knows I would really appreciate the info.

Just another scouting report. Did not partake. Wanted to see if my previous report of more action during the day than night was accurate. On North Pulaski between Grand and Division, saw something like half a dozen girls. Won't vouch for quality. Was tempted by one older WSW I saw crossing Division who was wearing a very low cut top and a skirt. The top stuck out like a sore thumb. But after going around block, never found her again. Made two visits to 5th, on way to Pulaski and way home. Early visit saw 5 girls. Nothing really tempting. Plus I'm not fond of picking up when they are on Fifth rather than a side street when all the companies are open. On way home, one raggedy looking girl on crutches. She saw me looking at her and actually tried to chase after me with her crutches. Good luck! South Cic and 47th were on my route home. Nada! But I really did not expect much as both have really dried up except late at night or early in the morning. Sometimes, I make side trips to State Line Road. Most of it is cost and the ease of obtaining. There isn't much I haven't tried over the years.
