Porn videos are protected free speech. The production of such is regulation of CONDUCT not speech.

Porn is only allowed in CA (and maybe I believe NH) based on the wording of the prostitution state statutes. In the famous Freeman case, it was determined that the 3rd party producer of porn did not pander under CA law. Freeman could only have been lawfully convicted of pandering if he had paid the actors for the purpose of sexually gratifying himself or the actors. This is what the current Studio case is, guy pays William H for guy to have sex with his contracted women. Clearly prostitution not porn making even under the CA Freeman case.

In Arizona the prostitution law is:

"Prostitution" means engaging in or agreeing or offering to engage in sexual conduct under a fee arrangement WITH ANY PERSON for money or any other valuable consideration.

The AZ Attorney General has made it very clear of the felonies a porn actor and producer would face if tried to make porn in Arizona.

They should have opened the studio in Blythe then. Maybe have helicopter trips back and forth.

Was out this morning and found Heather sitting near a closed business on Main Street in east Mesa area. Pulled up and she hops in. Small talk and she says she is from the north side of Phoenix and was out visiting a friend in the east valley. So we drive to one of my quiet spots and she goes to town catching all my little swimmers. For a variety of reasons I have not been so active lately, mainly due to having found a needle in a haystack on craigslist for an ongoing mutually beneficial arrangement. That being said, I missed the thrill of the hunt so decided over the past week to take some spins up and down 27th. I was quite impressed with what I saw. Both quantity and quality (at least in the looks department). There were some very hot looking spinner types out the other night, fewer last night, but enough to keep a gentleman quite content. And a real mixed bag too. Mostly BSW, but saw a number of WSW, and at least 2 LSW. There was one WSW the other night, with glasses. Tried several times to pick her up, but missed each time. A little thick, but she looked good, clean, unlike some of the WSW one sees.

There are two girls, BSW, who walk together between IS and Campbell, often hangout with management. They seem to be always together and on the two nights I was there I witnessed a bit of LE action in that area (around Glenrosa). Personally I prefer staying north of CB. Last night I missed out on two opportunities, the girls getting into other vehicles lined up on a side road. In one instance, there were 5 of us swarming around! Too much traffic so I headed home, though there were still quite a few girls loitering around.

Earlier in the week ended up with Savannah, a real cute, petite BSW. Great attitude, decent skills, didn't rush me, . 4 for CBJ. Like many of the girls, she's a visitor, here for a little bit then moving on.

Only thing keeping me from taking the plunge is not knowing where the heck to go if I were to pick one up. What types of places do you all feel are the safest? Quiet spot in a neighborhood? Parking lot? Yes I realize nothing is foolproof, but just curious what is typical. 27th ave is where I frequent on a regular basis in my regular commute.

Amenities when finished is that there is a Sonic and a Starbucks open until 11 pm And a 24 hours Denny's also in the same lot.
