She is one of the few ladies who St Pete po po take especial interest in while she's 'walking'. On 2 separate occasions last year she and her date were caught by po po and taken in. She doesn't 'work' with the pigs, but sometimes the nasty hogs will watch certain ladies 'walking' from an obscure location. They may be in a parking lot, alley or some other unseen place. They don't do this very often, but have been at times for over a decade. They watch the lady and look to see which vehicles / mongers are showing interest. After she is scooped the pigs, they discreetly follow and pounce. On 4/15 and 5/18 last year she was last in this type of situation. As I've previously stated here, she is NOT working with the pigs, but the pigs use her as bait without her being aware. Be very aware of your surroundings both when you scoop and scoop out the area. None of us need to 'play the part of a statistic on a government chart'. It's best to avoid all interaction with the po po, but these guys are ok:

Canada and many of the western European nations handle these issues as public health concerns and they generally achieve much better outcomes. Members of Congress have banned federal dollars for things like needle exchange programs; thus leading to more addicts sharing needles. Then various states like Florida crack down on the 'pill mills'; leading to an enormous increase in powder usage. More than a decade ago Portugal took a bold step and decriminalized drugs if you had a 30 day supply or less. Prostitution is also legal in Portugal as well. Their 'problems' in these regards pale in comparison to ours:

Had an interesting dream this morning near Park Blvd close to the 711. I met an attractive Latina that called herself Maria. I was on the 9th avenue north corridor coming from 34th street heading toward 4th street when I pass this hot looking young white girl by the hospital that is now closed. She had nice tight black shorts and a tight shirt that was pulled up to show her beautiful youthful stomach. She had short curly black hair and was petite. I had to do 3 or 4 passes to make sure she was legal. Everytime I passed by she gave me eye contact and in the final turn she said hey. As I turned back for the scoop I pull into a side street right smack in front of a parked pig. He must have been focused on his donuts, because I made it out without being tagged. I wanted so bad to come back to find her, but I didn't have the courage. This girl looked to be about 18 or 19. Maybe 5 foot tall. Thus po po usually does a few 'buys' first using a CI, gathers intel on the Pharmacy and comes very early in the daylight hours with numbers. The infamous 'chicken coop' bust is a prime example of this.

As I never do the streetwalker scence but it does happen when you least expect it. I was driving over to my friends house and wasn't even looking for anything.
