Again this is really random, actually it all is. Fri / Sat after 2am is best Weekdays after 10pm is best.
Its EDC weekend. Everything is pretty packed. Hoped to see some CGs but no luck. Walked around Rio at midnight and around 3am, saw nothing. Taxied over to the strip to venetian, also dead. Wanted to check harrahs and caesars but something came up and had to end the hunt early. Hoping to scout New York New York, mgm and possibly excalibur and luxor. Venetian just seemed to bright of an atmosphere for it.

I stayed at TI over Labor Day weekend last year. In 5 nights I saw ZERO CGs and I spent 60 percent of my time in that casino. However, I did see 3-4 walking around outside during the Sirens show. I know this because they all gave me "The look" If you don't know what that is I suggest you RTFF.
Mirage next door is hit or miss. You'll see them across the street at the Venetian / Palazzo and even the Wynn but they'll be super super pricey. Your best bets for that part of the Strip are Ceasars and taking the catwalk over to the Flamingo. From TI that's not too far a walk. Have fun and be safe.

I arrived at the Golden Nugget last night, and the place was crawling with BCGs.
I spent the whole night at Claude's Bar and I would hazard a guess at a minimum of 4 sat around the half of the bar I could see constantly from midnight onwards.
