Ok Let me make this more accurate. If you happen to be in the parking lot of an office complex which is closed or parked on a side street where there are no houses and there is somebody in the car with you and LE happens to roll up. What do you say when they ask you what are you doing here? Is there any way out of this situation?

Cops usually hear "I was just giving her a ride" which is plausible but usually what guilty guys say. I have used the "I was just giving her a ride" excuse and had the cops lecture me about picking up street people who are nothing but trouble. I actually had the cops arrest the girl I was with for possession and let me go. Funny thing, I WAS just giving her a ride and the cops saw her approach my car at a light.
The bar thing is good, but if they run her identity and she comes back with a prior record for prostitution, they will grill you a little more. I like to play stranger, since I never give the girl my real name and half of them don't give their real names either. If you were talking in a bar, you'd know each other's names.
If you are going to say you were giving her a ride, however, don't trap yourself. Don't say she approached you at the gas station if the cops can see your gas gauge is down to 1/4 of a tank. Don't say 7-11 if you don't have a drink with you, because they'll ask you what you bought. Same with McDonalds. It's easy to trap yourself. You can just say she was hitchhiking, or she was walking past you when you were pulling out of a casino parking lot and asked you for a ride.
Was in your fair city, and I got on the Trop stroll, new Orleans area. 6 PM Friday night going to air port. Saw 5-6 WSW; drivng at 40 mph could not see them but some looked good, bodies at least. However on that side of street and traffic I was a 1/2 past before a turn in place.
Also, I had a appointment set up in downtown with a Civi, and left driving EAST (away from 15). Around 2000 on Fremont and surrounding area, again at 6 pm plenty of BSW and WSW, however the quality was low. And some in front of liquor store had 5 or 8 potential managers around. Not my cup of tea, but be careful if you dive in.
