Has anyone here dreamed of this woman lately? We're talking within the last month or so. If so, please send me a PM and I will let you know what's going on. It may be he is alleging an STD or LE cooperation or simply stirring up drama. The mods replace those posts with one of their sternly worded comments on posting rules (for good reason). In those cases, it's back channel or nothing.
I haven't seen the woman and have no intention so I haven't asked. I suggest you take him up on his offer and send him a PM. Might be at least interesting.
