Some providers in her situation resolve not to return to the business even after they regain their freedom to do so. Although there are those who keep that resolution, there are many who then realize that there's no way they can earn as much tax-free money in any "legitimate" job for which they're qualified, and decide that making quick and relatively "easy" cash as a provider is preferable.
Anyone see her lately? One of my all time favorites!

Never forget how she would go into a kind of sex trance and her body wouldn't stop convulsing. Mama had to help her walk to the shower because her legs were too wobbly to walk.
