I've had trouble in my last few appointments in that my size has been a bit much for the providers I've been seeing. I don't think I'm far above average, but I do often get an astonished look after dropping trou, and hesitancy in moving forward. Always disappointing to read great reviews for a provider, show up, and realize that it's not going to work well because they can't handle it. I'd like to to try and figure out who I can see that I'll be genuinely attracted to but also not feel restricted in how I engage due to size. I much prefer younger side than older (30's is okay if well taken care of). Favorites of the somewhat recent past have been Shani / Binny and Mira (who were both champs re: size) and Maia (who is great except not good at dealing with size). Didn't like Ina. Open to suggestions of who can let me go to town, but is also genuinely hot and fun.

Most households go to the same family / internal medicine doctor out of convenience. You can still go to a separate doctor through the same insurance for your mongering needs. But either way creates a paper trail and / or points of exposure (e. G. EOB mailings, doctor's notes of the appointment, nosy / gossipy assistant nurses at the family doctor's office, etc.) if using the same insurance carrier. Whereas as cash can be as clandestine as you want.

This topic pops up occasionally so I'll link what I said in the past for those mongers that are new, those that want to try bare, or those that may not know where to start. IMO, [B] every[/B] monger should be doing this. Also, I stress that I'm just a guy on the internet, you should really consult with a doctor that understands your current needs / medical condition.
