Guys, Please help a brother out.

I've been on for a week and all I have found are:

1 - young scared chicks that are NOT willing to meet and just time wasters.

2- The few that are willing to meet are ok looking at best. No better than STG (backpage) chicks.

3- The rest are looking for someone to marry or some shit.

How are you guys getting these younger 20 something girls to meet?

I'll tell you now that tried the direct approach. In saying I'm a nice guy but looking to meet girls that are serious about an arrangement.

I also tried the nice guy thing and selling them the dream like in the movies. But that brought out the time wasters and when it came down to. Lets meet. They want dark.

Did I just waste $89 on a membership or What's the secret??

That's not to say it won't take a little time and effort and you absolutely will message and spend some time on more girls than you actually have a successful rendezvous with; but again, my experience has been better quality, cleaner, more dependable, and generally more appreciative girls once you get the leg work out of the way. Don't be in a rush. Read over your earlier comms. I'm going to guess you're telegraphing some over eagerness or worse, desperation. Just like regular girls, that's a turn off for them. I'm not telling you that to be a dick. I'm just saying text conversations are more open to interpretation than live ones.

I don't feel like this is required; but I think it's a good idea: insist on a platonic meet first. For my part, I want a girl that wants that level of discernment. No I'm not fooling myself about how many dicks she's sucking. I'm just pointing out that some standard is better no standard and it generally translates to better interactions, personally and physically.

Don't get impatient with the girls that don't answer fast. They've got lives too and you should hope that they do. One of two things is true: 1) a good prospect will get back to you; and 2) if they aren't communicating, then they probably can't be depended on.

If I understand you correctly, you joined about a week after the first of the month. That's not optimal. Rent is paid, Christmas cash is coming from their family (for the lucky ones). They aren't feeling their needs as acutely as they will near the end of the month. December may be an aberration here. The girls with kids may want a little extra cash to make their kids Christmas nice; but the daddy's girls are probably getting gifts and such that make them a little less needy. January should improve in this regard. Maybe around the end of the month, reach out to a few of them again and see if you don't get a little more bounce from them.

OK, last point, I don't know what kind of financial arrangements you're discussing. You'll find a range of opinions on here and I may get some grief on this from both sides; but IMO, 200 - 300 is the sweet spot. The girls that are better know it and they know they can get it. The girls that come along for much less have been, in my experience, uniformly undesirable ultimately. I don't normally go above that unless we're talking a multi-hour, multi-pop situation.

Solid advice, all around. When I was in this market a few years ago, I went on more platonic lunch dates with different girls than I can count. I didn't care. It was fun. They didn't feel pressure from me to jump in the sack, and it helped to develop more of a personal connection with them. If they wanted a transaction, that was pretty much a no go for me, since I'm not interested in that kind of arrangement. I wanted long term, not a quick stick-and-go.

If you're a cool guy and can treat a normal girl with respect, you'll eventually be rewarded.
