The pics that are more recent are likely because she's using favorable angles.

As for her reviews none of them have been great, however I've never heard of her ripping anyone off.

I've seen her and had a great time. She's the girl in pics but as with every female on earth she uses filters. Pics aren't overselling her though. They're pretty accurate.
