So what's the environment out there now? Is the posts about shut downs, raids, robberies and police surveillance at spots around Chinatown accurate?
I abstained from AMPs to save on a Philippines trip (which I highly recommend, you can literally get a round trip flight, 5 nights at a 5 star hotel, and a new 20 yo student every night for the cost of one overnighter in the US) so I've been out of the loop.

I did see some guy working on the facade of Orange Spa, so maybe they'll be reopening that venue in the future.

I mean you could go to a place that has never been raided or robbed, but if it's your unlucky day the day you decide to go it will be the day that place is raided or robbed. If you can't take the risk, then stick with Phillipine. People continue to go to BHC knowing full well that alderman Ramirez's office is right next door. So far, nothing has happened yet. If you have been scared, then you would have missed out the fun.
