An AMP is a legal establishment that is required to carry licensing and abide by standard biz rules. This give LEO a ton of options in shutting them down- or making them want to shut down.

A provider operates outside of those legal requirements and typically resides in other's establishments. This presents a number of hurdles that LEO has to jump through prior to getting a chance to shut them down. As much as they bounce around, it just gets harder.

AMPs have more to lose and higher operating costs. They produce more traffic. There are so many differences. I can respect why they request more discretion. I have an AMP that I have gone to for 7+ years and have a good relationship with the management. Expectations are always met, and I don't post about them. It took work to uncover them (and a good bit of coin).

It should make us all wonder why there is such a direct correlation between good monger reviews and the raids that follow. -F904.

Tried to visit DH today, but circumstances weren't in my favor.
