1. There are several places to begin looking:

This forum is by far the best and most active here in Hawaii so checking out the ads here is a good starting place.

Backpage is the place where most ladies advertise in Hawaii but hawaii-eros and a few others are also there. You can use the numbers for age a a general guideline.

Another site is s a great resource to find reviews and get information.

You can search for reviews of local ladies on the other sites like ************** and eccie as well but both are not as nearly active.

Craigslist is used by some gentlemen and they have an area dedicated to that here.

2. Once I find someone I am interested in I cross-check most of those sites using names / phone number, etc. To see what other gentlemen have reported and to check on how long the lady has been around.

3. If I find a lady is brand new I will wait. Honestly, I am not enough of a risk taker to venture into "virgin" territory.

I know it is tempting to just ask, and asking is OK, but you have to do your due diligence since it keeps you safe and to be honest everyone's tastes are different. There are a few ladies in the 30-40 range advertising on BP and they have reviews. Stay safe.
