When I was in the Marines I came to HI on a temp deployment. Sampled many SW from downtown Honolulu. Interesting question to all mongers: in that type of situation, the next time you see the provider, would you give her the $40 that she inadvertently left on the floor of your vehicle? Would it make a difference whether she did or didn't mention missing the money the next time you saw her?

Currently, not many female downtown streetwalkers would be considered "very beautiful". Police officers sometimes park at night and observe the scene for a while, but I don't think their purpose is to protect the streetwalkers from harassment because the streetwalkers tend to drift away from any location where the police are present.
