Broad st. Cf - 1 street walker fucked up eye. Going towards main st pawtucket, 2 walkers heading home.
Elmwood - 2-3 walkers (older lady, ebony chick with weird attitude, one lady that looked like a dude).
Cranston - 2 walkers (older grandmother lady, fat chick with red hair).
Atwells - 0 walkers.
Time: 1 am-3 am.
Uncle LEO was in full effect.

IF a cop has enough evidence to arrest you then he's going to arrest. If he asks to search your car that means he's looking for evidence of a crime but doesn't have anything to arrest you on yet. You have nothing to gain by letting him search your car and everyuthing to lose. No search means nothing gets found but even if you don't have any drugs or anything illegal and you give a cop permission to search your vehicle a cop could plant something in your car or have something in his pocket and claim he found it in your car. But if you don't give him permission to search he can't search.
Know your rights and think about what you will say now so you will know what to say when you get stopped because you won't think good when you get stopped and PO is yuelling in your face and the adrenaline is pumping and you are paniking.
So lets run 2 potential things that could happen.
A. you are seen with a known street walker in your car, LEO pulls you over. What do you do?
B. You are talking to a street walker from your car, but you don't pick her up, cop pulls over. What do you do?
C. You are found in the middle of some action in your car, cop pulls over. What do you do?

Remember you didn't know she was a street walker so think of why someone you don't know would be in your car. If you can't think of a plausible reason you shouldn't be doing things you can't explain. I can think of at least 3 reasonable reasons, I am sure you can think of more.

See. You are basically screwed but at least limit your damages and don't ever say you were paying for action. How you explain your action with a known SW is up to you but don't ever confess to a crime becayse that's a stupid thing to do in any conversation or confrontation with LEO. Even if she says you were going to pay her or already paid her don't be stupid enough to admit you commited a crime.
The best thing to do is to remain silent. Chances are the cop will let you go unless he is vice or they are conducting a prostitution sting. Just remember that the reason they are questioning you is gather sufficient evidence for a arrest or to build a stonger case. If you are arrested find a aggressive lawyer to fight the case and have file a bunch of motions. If you end up going to court ask for a jury trial. There is a good chance the prosecutor will end up dropping the case. The city attorney does not like wasting resources on a misdemeanor.

Ok so Iv been on this thread for a while just reading, and doing some of my own research. Iv been going out scouting potential spots. Lately I haven't been seeing no one on atwells, been seeing a lot of girls on elmwood and Cranston at. Mostly between 6 pm- midnight, haven't been seeing any LEO's there. Have been seeing a lot near manton. Past 3 days with all the snow I have been seeing more at the usual. I haven't picked one up but I will be soon. Any tips will help with my first.

A. I hand over my license, reg and Ins. Card, listen to his questions, ranting and raving and whatever else he wants to do, but basically keep my mouth shut and refuse permission to search the car.
B. This doesn't apply to me, because I never talk to a SW through the car window, because I read and understand the 33 rules of street mongering, elsewhere on this site.
C. Probably in the instance of actually getting caught in the act, (which is mostly avoidable if you pay attention to details on the way to the spot, have a good safe spot and park strategically) I would probably plead no contest and pay the fine.
Went out tonight in the dream to just see what was out there, and surprisingly enough found a white chick, cute spinner, beautiful eyes, video, pics, 20 beans, great BJ.

Started a run around 4 am or so. Most of the streets were completely dead besides Elmwood which held 2 WSW's and an HSW. The HSW looked to be Lisa the troll so I passed, the nicer of the two WSW's got scooped. The other was Kim and if it wasn't so barren out there I would've passed. She's probably late 40's to early 50's with short dirty blond hair. Chunky build and decent at giving head if she'd just shut the fuck up and do it. Kept stopping and asking questions and etc. She did give working digits though.
The plows did a horrible job and the streets sucked, too many people avoiding snow banks and almost hitting you instead. Quite a few of my good spots are no longer accessible either.
Its time you maybe taking me off your ignore list I hope, time has passed and I miss your reports and fest.

Started a run just after midnight hoping to find someone just leaving a bar or etc. On my initial pass the Atwell's, Valley and Manton area was completely dead so went down to Cranston st which had a single lineman sized BSW that I passed on. Elmwood had 2 at that time but one was an absolute FREAK and actually kind of weird looking. The other one MAY have been a chick but something about it was just off.
The freaky one was white, tall (like close to 6ft), skinny, black haired, with a pock marked face and was hanging down by the Mobil but kept walking up to the cars getting gas or that were stopped at the light and was sticking it's legs out trying to act "sexy", really really weird acting. Plus it was either one of the ugliest ladies ever or a "gurl".
The other was a tall (like 5' 8" or so) skinny black person with short BLOND hair (dyed), that walked and acted like a chick but before I could get a better look to tell better they got scooped. I also saw this same person later on back up on Atwells but again couldn't swear it was a chick so I passed. I'd rather go without than possibly scoop a dude.
The streets did get pretty busy after the bars closed but nothing that I liked more than one of my backups. Ended up using my digits for a reg and had a fine time for a mere $20.
BTW, when I stopped to get gas I froze my nutts off and I was only out of the car for a few minutes so it's got to be ROUGH for the actual walkers. Maybe I need to try some daytime runs when it's either a little bit warmer or when more people are around. I did see a TON of LEO by doing my run at an earlier hour.
Started my run just before the bars closed, hoping to find something nice but also knowing that a lot of SW's will come out at that specific time since they know guys will be leaving the bars all horned up and ready to spend their money on some tang. Crackhead Mary was on Cranston st by the church, that freak from last night was just about everywhere. I saw it on Messer, Cranston and Elmwood.
Elmwood held 5 on my first pass, well actually 4 SW's and a gurl but still 5 out there "working" and all 5 were scooped in a matter of minutes. There are definitely more mongers out there than SW's and if you don't scoop quickly you're likely to go without unless you have digits for backup. There was also several civi's that numerous guys were hassling with attempted scoops. You need to know that some are NOT SW's and to get "The Look" first etc.
Saw lot's of LEO again but unless it was a MAJOR violation they weren't getting out of their nice warm cars. Saw several idiots driving with no lights on at all and they didn't even get a glance let alone stopped.
Drove my usual loop cstreet / elmwood / atwells Friday after work. Ended up calling lynn older WSW has her own clean place. 3 BBBJCIM spinner decent body for age will do cfs for. 1 more. Friendly and not a scammer. Been 3-4 times always good skills. Sat night same trolls out there. Ended up calling kim atwells area BSW awesome skills nice personality no scams or storys. BBBJCIM. 3.
Saw the snow starting around 1030 ish so decided to do my run a bit earlier tonight and there was a LOT more SW's out and about tonight. Don't know if they were trying to beat the storm as well or if the 1030-11 ish hours are more worth it.
Saw 2 WSW's and a BSW up on Atwell's and I got outscooped on the one I liked so I came down to Cranston st which was dead. Elmwood held 5 though including both Kim and that one that long Papi recently reported on. I was going to try her but she was ignoring us mongers and smoking a cig and playing with her phone instead of taking care of business.
Still, ended up with a nice scoop with some "strange" that showed me a decent time with an above average BBBJCIM for a mere $30. By midnight the snow was sticking pretty good and coming down harder but Elmwood still was busy.
Only saw 2 LEO's and they weren't bothering anybody at all.
