Whoever said Leclaire wouldn't last long was right. As worried as they are about tourism and their reputation I am not surprised. Now the question is, as Tooler pointed out, will this affect other places and are there more stops on their agenda? I would like to say its just Leclaire being uptight but with the recent activity across the river you have to wonder.
