The refuge of the low thinker. Anecdotes
I've been warned against the vaxx by numerous doctors, nurses, and medical personnel. They didn't need to ask me, but they all asked me not to rat them out, since they will lose their jobs if they are caught telling the truth.
The reason they aren't telling you the same thing is because the rest of us who have full possession of our mental faculties can smell a brainwashed narcissistic liberal a mile away. The doctors and nurses you talk to already know that if they try to help you by telling you the truth, you'll rat them out in a heartbeat.
The use of personal anecdotes when there is published evidence and data available. This brings to mind the old adage that which is claimed without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.
The US has experienced a phenomenon over the past 25 years that can be called the death of expertise (there is a book by that title), in which individuals with training, education, or experience in a particular field think that they know as much as experts.
One of the ironies is that those belittling science are conveying their ignorance across a handheld device that is a marvel of science.
Lastly, physicians though they may have science education in their training, are not scientists, unless they are researchers or doctors engaged in scientific research.
