I went to American Spa about a year ago and saw Francesca. I went for the full hour. It was a great experience but a little expensive. I decided to go again since I seen Francesca was back. I called before I went and asked if Francesca was working. They said yes. I went on in and was told she had just left "yea right". I should have left then, but I decided to give this cute red head a try. Big mistake. Way too expensive with no massage at all. I spent almost $$. Never going back.

Went to Palmetto Sun, Angie gave table shower and Tina gave massage. After 20 minutes of massage she gave HE and then finished hour with more massage. Massage was real good damn near fell asleep. HE was awesome nice and slow I will definately see her again.

Nice Spa is the very definition of mediocre. I shouldn't have gone an hour before they close. Emotionless business like HE work ok massage. This used to be my go to back in the day. After two bad experiences over all I'm just about to give up hobbying.

Paradise Spa: Stopped in twice to see the talent and walked out each time after seeing the girl. Seems like these are BP girls that decided to open a "Spa". If anyone wants any more info feel free to shoot me a PM.

Tammi: I guess that's the name now anyway I've seen her three times now and the first session was pretty good the second decent the third lousy. Paid her for the hour got maybe a 10 min rub and was out the door in less than.

20 minutes. Big waste of $. 50 but lesson learned.

New Spa "Same old Spa" in Irmo: I've been by a few times since the name changed. Had a decent visit with a much younger girl and returned to see her but got a lady in her late 40's early 50's. Massage was decent each time TS was standard. A good bit of roaming with the young girl and I decided to stick with just the massage with the older lady. AMPs in Columbia are so hit are miss and its a shame we don't have anything with young Asians on a regular basis.

I gave up on AMPs in Columbia. Just bite the bullet and make the trek to Charlotte.

If they open up again, I think it is probably better than anything in Charlotte. And Asiana in Santee is certainly worth a visit and possibly closer than Charlotte.

Fwiw, I tried to call Osaka. Google produced a couple of different numbers and I called them both. No one ever picked up. I truly hope they are not gone for good.

Been out of the habit for a bit and I've just started to duck my heads back in.

Question: Is it just me or did most of the AMP's have later hours not that long ago?

Seems like all the places I see worth trying close up around 10 pm and I seem to remember being able to hit a spot much later than that back when I was more active.

Anyone know of a later night place than what seems to be the going average?

They don't have the clientele volume to support it. A private provider would probably accommodate a late night rub after you become a regular.

I'm new to the massage parlor scene. I'd love to know your opinions on the best overall servise. Decent massage with HE, or even FS that won't break the bank. Appreciate any responces. I've had a few ok experiences with chick's from Backpage. Looking for a little more.

Thanks for your responces NinInch. I actually have read a good bit of the forum as you have suggested. Since I'm sure you have done the same you know there is a mix of reviews here for just about every place in town. They range from good to mediocre, or even bad. I'm not asking for a rehash of all the previous posts. I just wanted to know if there was a more general concensus about what are maybe the top two choices. Thanks for taking the time to read and respond to my post.

New Energy used to be one of the top ones IMHO but the staff has changed so, not having been able to visit in a while, I can't say that with any confidence anymore. I've also heard good things about Serenity, and Lotus. Just check out the forums.

However, I do know where you should [U]not[/U] waste your money or time: stay away from Four Seasons. It's the only FS AMP in town I know of, but it is [I]nothing[/I] like what it used to be years ago. You're likely to be highly disappointed. You may be better off visiting Asiana, near Santee; or Natural Health, in Greenville (I've had some [U]excellent[/U] times there).

It helps to be a regular customer and it also pays not to report all the details of your sessions online.
