If I had Kraft's money and stature, I'd fight this case to the end. When you're a regular indignant citizen, you take the 1st plea and run out the door. When your pockets are fat like Kraft's, your lawyers will get you out of any jam. Good ole American Justice system. Smdh. By the way, my plea was $1,200 in court fees, pay for 2 Std tests in 1 year, 12 months probation with 6 months probation fee, 40 hours community service. All for a $50 qv. Ridiculous! And the charge stays on my record for 1 year until my probation ends then it gets sealed under "First Offender Law".

My job just did a random background check, again, and informed me of the charge. Smdh. Now the fools at work talking about letting me go because of the Pandering charge. Smdh, again. If I do get let go, I'd be afraid to apply for another job for fair of being turned down because of it. All for a $50 qv too. What great laws we have here in the good you S of A.

After the judge determined that the video evidence against Kraft could not be used, the prosecutors have launched an appeal to the the Florida 4th District Court of Appeal, which has agreed to consider the trial-court ruling that made inadmissible the video evidence obtained via a "sneak-and-peek" warrant.

Per the report, a decision is not expected "for months. " The party that loses the appeal surely will attempt to take the issue to the Florida Supreme Court, which would delay a resolution even longer.
