It occurred to me in looking at my pic count that I recently passed the 1000 mark. In most forums that might be a big deal, but in the Philly Forum, not so much. I have always maintained that SWs who cared about getting and maintaining good clients would give better service if they knew they were being reviewed. I have had direct experience with SWs giving a MUCH better effort the next time as a result of a bad or mediocre review, so some SWs obviously care about doing a good job and having good, regular clients.
