I think you will be hard pressed to find any hotels / motels in the area that will take cash (and not also need a card for incidentals and / or ID).

Can really depend on the situation within which the new provider is involved. If she got into the game via a pimp or another girl, sometimes they are coached to the point that ithey are very business and mechanical right out of the gate.
