I really don't understand your point because from my very first post on this subject I did say that an I'd works to cross north as I've sometimes used my CA drivers license. BTW, the passport babble is the law.

Trike[/QUOTE]The point is that you said it was "required" to have a passport and made it seem like it's not normal (and easy) for many to just use an I'd. The law says a passport but there's obviously a LOT of discretion given to the Border Patrol (BP) officers. That said, the word required means "compulsory, essential, indispensable", so if it was "required" it wouldn't be circumvented by the BP officers nor would they have discretion in the matter. So yes, it's written in as the law, but until it's fully implemented or otherwise enforced it's worthless babble.

Most of the clubs will have decorations out and encourage the girls to wear costumes. I actually don't like HK's theme parties too much. I can't get behind a plan that encourages the girls to wear more clothing rather than less.

Recently reunited with a friend from highschool. Whats the best way to catch up? Tijuana of course! Haven't been there in 5 years. GREAT experience. We cruised down at 10 pm on Sunday. Paid 7 dollars for parking behind Jack in the Box. Walked across...easy Took a cab to Hong Kong. Drank, participated in the soap show. Got alota titties, alota finger banging. Good times. Finished at Adelitas bar. We planned on getting home around 2. Didn't get home until 5 am LOL. No line going home. Best weekend ever. I think I'm done with american mongering for now.

I normally take off the last couple of weeks of November to visit family and friends but after my experience at Hong Kong Gentlemen's Club, I decided to take an extra weekend this year and make a return visit to Tijuana. I originally thought about actually staying in Tijuana to avoid the inefficiency of border crossings, car parks, etc., but at the last minute an old classmate responded to a note of mine from last summer, and invited me for a stay with them in El Cajon.

Hence, I ended up visiting Tijuana on a Saturday night (something I was hoping to avoid due to expected crowding), but things worked out okay after all. I did the same park on USA Side, walk across, and taxi into the Zona Norte neighborhood. I directed the taxi driver to drop me at Hong Kong Gentlemen's Club, and I paid him $5. HKGC was pretty much as I remembered it, but it was definitely more crowded and louder this time around. After looking around a bit, I found a table ordered a beer and was sort of looking for the honey that I hooked up with in August. Unbeknownst to me, one of the dancers had noticed me when I came in, and quickly she came and Sat. On my lap. My beer arrived, and I was just getting acquainted with the chica, when a very drunk 20-something fellow with a Stanford polo shirt approached and said, "Hey, motherf* I was just about to f* her". The good news is that he had a more-sober friend that restrained him, and no blood was spilled. A bouncer eventually came over and I think escorted them out of the building.

In any event, the dancer on my lap (once again), was in her late 20's, 5'6" with Jennifer Lopez-like fake dirty blonde hair, and was sporting some natural 34 C's. My Spanish is passable, but she spoke reasonably good English, so our conversation was mixed. (Incidentally, I initially spoke to him in Spanish, but he responded in very clear English, and I give HKGC a plus for having some staff that are truly bilingual.

A few minutes later a truly petite spinner type came over and asked if she could join me. She was probably no more than 22, and I'll guess 5'1" with a 32 B-22-32 frame and dark hair past her shoulders. She spoke no English, and seemed self-conscious about the fact that her teeth were a bit crooked. We chatted for a few minutes, and quickly agreed to $55 as the egress arrangement. 15 minutes later we were in the hotel room making out on the bed. Her be's were as firm as any I can remember, and for the most part the rest of her body was also very fit. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a quiet neighborhood pub, but you don't have to struggle as much to carry on a conversation. The lighting seemed a bit strange to me and put a sort of orangeish tint to everything so it seems everyone has a bronze tan, even me! I took a seat by myself, and was promptly ignored by everyone for about 5 minutes. I eventually got thirsty and found that the bartender spoke English, but was happier when I ordered in Spanish. As I made my way back to my half-booth a 5' 7" bleached blonde chica said "Hola", and grabbed my arm. She really wasn't my type, and while her 34 B-25-26,135 lb frame is nicer than the vast majority of women in the USA, she is a bit beefier than my preference. I didn't wish to insult her, so I simply said I wasn't looking for a blonde woman tonight, and she gave me a shoulder shrug and a smirk and walked away.

I turned around to sit and found that the bench / booth was now occupied by a couple of college aged gents. They were both twisting their heads back and forth so quickly I thought they might have self-inflicted neck injuries. I stood and watched the stage show for a second and looked around for an open table. A few feet away I could hear a frustrated fellow trying to negotiate in English with a chica who either didn't understand or didn't want to understand. A couple minutes later she got up and left and he went off toward the bar. I was just about to hijack the table when a juicy target crossed into my radar. I would describe her as a Sofia Vergara lookalike, but minus 10 years. I closed the distance quickly, and greeted her in Spanish. She said she was just about to go on stage, but if I had time she would be worth the wait. As I had already had a bit of exercise for the night, I figured I'the watch her dance, and if I didn't like what I saw, I would move on.

The table I eventually got had a good view of the stage, and I watched "Sofia" demonstrate that she not only moved well, but was very flexible. After her dance set, I almost thought she left, but upon closer inspection saw that she had adjourned to what I imagine is the locker room. About 5 minutes later she re-appeared and made a beeline for my table. She is probably 5'11' in her heels and I would say 36 D-24-36 and 130 lb. We chatted for a bit (she speaks some English), and she said she had been dancing for 10 years. I complemented her skill and she thanked me. She caught me trying to guess whether she was 100% as designed, and she turned toward me and placed my hands on her breasts. Wow! She let my hands roam and in seemingly no time I had removed her clothes and was giving her a back rub while she laid on the bed. She definitely had a dancer's body, and the combination of the view and her response to my massage revived the little general. After about 5 minutes she turned over and said, "Your turn". Came to the board a couple years ago and got some good updates and figured I'd come back before my next visit.

Visited the zona rosa Christmas Eve two years ago and was pleasantly surprised at what I found. A couple of pics as a thank you.

With that in mind any tips or updates on the zone, girls or crossing that has changed in the last few years?

I have a passport Card does that help or no difference in crossing back into the US?

Is the wait still insane?

Any concerns walking during the day from the crossing point to the zone?

Any other info greatly appreciated.

Just booked a trip today. While doing some research I haven't seen a lot talking about travel from San Diego to Tijuana only border crossing. I assume that the taxi that picks you up at the beach in San Diego and drops you at Hong Kong then takes you back doesn't exist because of the unpredictable wait times at the border. I guess that I am ok walking across but is there taxi's or buses that run on the American side 24/7 and what is the cost from say downtown SD to the border?

Coming in Mid February for 5 or 6 days. Researching rather to stay in SD or maybe Tijuana or a beach town in Mexico and drive in a rental car back and forth. Would be lying if I said I wasn't somewhat concerned about safety being a newbie to Tijuana. Not as worried about being in town as I am getting to and from Zone Norte.
