General Reports

Despite warnings from others I called Rhonda yesterday to see if I could set up an appointment. She told me she was getting kicked out of the hotel because of the Bix crowd and wanted to know if she could come to my place. Instead we agreed to meet at a spot near the hotel. I could hear a dog barking in the background. When I arrived in the hotel neighborhood (North Brady) there was a police cruiser there. Investigated and saw LE questioning a black guy with a dog in the distant parking lot. Hung around, Rhonda was a noshow. Maybe she finally got nabbed.

Guess she is setting herself up for an easy 2 charges here is the cops decide to go after her prostitution and wanting to buy drugs. Since I left her stranded she most likely would not want to see me again, but from what I understand that is not big loss.

Also Rhonda is back up on craigslist. She says this time it is really her. The last few ads that were up about her she claims are fake! This time she lists her hotel phone number and room number. She will be there until tomorrow- guess that is when the money runs out.

The Supreme Court of Iowa suspended Bill Davis' law license Monday. Up until the suspension Davis had been the attorney for Scott County. This suspension forced him to take a leave of absense from his job.

Court filings report Davis didn't file trust account records for one of his private practice clients.

He says, "It's a case of omission it wasn't a mistake it was stupid and I did it and now I'm being held to answer like everybody else and I should be."

He was reprimanded by the Iowa Attorney discplinary board for the second time last week. Davis says the county should not notice any change in his office because his first assistant will most likely be appointed on an interim basis by the county board Thursday night at 5:30.

The Scott County adminstrator, Ray Wierson, agrees, "I would suspect that they would be appointing the first assistant attorney who is Mike Walton."

Bill Davis says he hopes this suspension can be resolved quickly. "I will be driving those papers to Des Moines tomorrow and filing them with the clerk.I am very hopefulI will be unsuspended and reinstated very shortly like within a week."

Davis says he closed his private practice in April last year and this is left over fromthat time. He says hecould not speak specifically to the paperwork in question because of attorney-client privilege.

He wants to be reinstated before the murder retrail of former Sugars dancer Megan Price begins in August.

I had to laugh when Brenda listed that she used to run a small business out of her house. She has been in and out of the massage parlor business for the past 5 or 6 years.

I ran into Rhonda last night/early this morning by accident. After a long night at TBS and Jolly Rogers I did a check of CL and called the motel ad. No idea it was her. I would agree that she is very cute, and thin. She looks better with her clothes on. The habit will eat her up quickly if she is truly into it, which I don't doubt.

I had a good time with her, but then I paid her only a little less than what she wanted ($ vs $.5). For FS incall in a hotel with an attractive gal, it was not out of line IMHO. She did get a couple of calls while I was there, but I didn't find it terribly distracting. Maybe I'm the lenient type. I suppose I was lucky there was no one waiting for me in the bathroom. Actually I met her in the parking lot and we both walked up to the room together.

This woman has been posting, on & off, for a few years. I posted on here before that I chatted with her on Yahoo. She was working a few ho's out of her place, & also giving "massage", herself. Up by the motel 8 is two unmarked cars on the side. As they bust the guys they are taking them out the side door to the cars. The operation is going on right now from what I was told by a friend that works there.
