It's probably best to avoid this one. I pass through several times a week, not Mahoning so much. Sounds more and more like Warren is the place to be. I don't visit Warren much, but looks like the place to go.

Drove through after leaving downtown at 2:30. Saw one BSW single braid down her back. Also saw LEO approaching. Heard on the scanner about a fight requiring backup, LEO didn't give me so much as a glance. Wasn't interested in this one, but it would have been a good time with LEOs too busy to care.
