Felt like taking a drive last night, so I cruised down to Racine from MKE. I didn't really expect to see anything since it was so cold, but I was hoping maybe I'd run into something. No such luck.- cruised down Douglas, then over to Memorial via State. I saw one possible BBBSW walking along Memorial, but she was on the opposite side of the street so I can't be sure. Not my taste anyhow.
Ended up heading back to Milwaukee and finishing the night at the Airport Lounge.
I just heard on the radio that unempoyment in Racine is up to a massive 9.9%. If you assume there are 80,000 people in Racine, 25% of them are adult females & 10% unemployed, then that makes 2,000 women looking for work. I don't see them all on Douglass, so they must be hiding somewhere. When I find them I have work for them - paid employment that they don't have to declare on their 1040.

Police arrested a Racine man and Racine woman early Thursday morning after sorting out stories following a report of a civil dispute involving a female with a knife at 1:23 a.m. at an alley in the 2000 block of Green Street.
Police allege that the 26 year old woman used a knife to puncture a tire on a vehicle belonging to a 39 year old man ofrom Racine, after a dispute over an alleged prostitution transaction.
The woman was cited for criminal damage to property and prostitution her would be date was cited for solicitation of a prostitute.

Cause I have noticed this many times on the main Milwaukee strolls. When the SW's are out in large numbers LE is also around the neighborhood but if no SW are on the strolls LE seems to disappear.
Now how do the SW's expect to do business with so many LE around? and I assume there not just out there for the exercise.
What you notice isn't coincidence but it's not exactly cause and effect. 99.9% of hookers are addicted to drugs. Their use mimics the use of population as whole. So, police shift resources from neighborhood patrol etc...and focus on the hot spots.

Went cruising at noon. Saw that ugly girl (she looks like Willem Defoe in a wig) way down Douglas. Nothing out at all despite nice weather.
