Sometimes, what I like to do is with women who have been reported as giving extras, is I'll look at the profiles of the dudes who have left them karma, and then look at the other women who have left those dudes karma, as a way to increase the likelihood of finding women who do extras. And sometimes you'll see a profile where many karma that women have left have been by women who have been reported here. The ones who haven't been reported here, I assume there'd be a higher likelihood of extras (YMMV of course). I refer to it as contact tracing.
