I think that boycotting until better options open up is actually the wrong approach. The markets that have BBFS seem to be the saturated markets! I think BBFS pops up as a way to attract customers and stand out from the crowd of other options. "If you build it, they will come (HA! - pun intended)".
Once others realize that there's a big market in Boston, they may swoop in and start offering a BBFS menu.
