Seems like she's interested in getting paid and having a free meal with no sugar.

If you get the job, great, and if you want to start the same day, then also great and you'll get paid. But no job interview I've ever been on pays.
And yeah, I absolutely got the feeling she wants to just mooch. I hate when they say "oh it's just to prove you're real there's so many scammers blah blah blah" no it's so you can get paid for doing literally nothing, GTFO.
