Hahaha, maybe one of the girls at the "Spas" can get one of the machines and charge for treatments. The first session would be free, and $XXX for the additional visits. Treatment, then testing, it wouldn't be prostitution anymore.

Can you imagine the amount of business that they would get. Then they truly would be "Spas".

Not sure if any surgeons can do that down here. As long as you are not a tiny 3 inches, I don't see why most girls would have an issue. There is a video series on YouTube that shows a penis exercise that may or may not work IRL, never tried but it's there if you want to give it a shot. If I remember it's getting your penis erect and keeping the blood there and by doing this particular exercise in repetition, it'll eventually enlarge a bit over time. Kinda like when you work out any muscle, you start to see small gains. GL!

Got to consult one urologist who does penile implant surgery at like the Penile Implants Center (as each case is obviously personal and different), in Honolulu; or go overseas to XXXXXXXX if cost (e.g., approx. costs are: $4500-India; $11000-Thailand; $20000-US) and anonymity are factors. This post of a penile prosthesis is not one of judgment, recommendation or solicitation. Good luck in any / the decision (s) you may make.
Lastly, one prosthetic may not be your choice or is recommended (mostly for ED purposes) by one urologist, but at least you can get one professional opinion/recommendation.
