So, moving East to West stopped at Hollywood on Powell and 148th, two girls one old one in her mid 30's, slim, plain face with a hint of cuteness. I didn't expect I'd be staying and was about to exit but she was pretty insistent and I figure why not. 2 for all, which included untranslated French and boom boom. Massage was decent if a bit light but she asked if light was ok and I said yes. French was decent to good, boom boom was meh. Once she took her scrubs there was a pair of very nice natural B / C tatas with pink large conical nipples but she didn't have much shape down from there albeit being slim and no ass to speak of. I was on a road for a long time and with lacklaster boom boom finish wasn't in the cards so I thanked and left at the end of my hour. Not bad but not great either, not worth a repeat in my book.

Next, I parked at Safeway on Powell and 122nd and walked to checkout Pink (all three remaining places are walking distance from that Safeway). Only one girl working and too plain to be interesting, mid to late 30's and not much shape to her body unless the dress was hiding it, not fat though.

Next, Azure, I was met by Vivi, she looks good enough in her dress, ask to see another girl but she was pulling me in the room and I didn't fight it. We negotiated & I said $220, she maintained on $250, I said $240 take it or leave it & that was that LOL. $200 hasn't worked for me often but at times it has. Last time was with candy, at nice spa but it was a little bit of a haggle, as I shared my experience with her in a review here, approximately 2-3 weeks ago or so. I do think I may need to be much more firm on $200, but to me I'm okay with giving $220-260 tops & I won't go further than $260. I'm curious on what's your advice or tactics on negotiating or if you frequent these AMP's a lot more than me that perhaps assists you in landing $200 much more often than I do if you don't mind sharing.

I've just started going to AMP's, for nearing 3 months now so I am a rookie / boot LOL when it comes to this shit. I ain't trying to haggle & ruin the mood, between the masseuse & I. To be fair, although candy did slightly complain about it the service was still good, but she is in her mid 40's & a MILF, so idk if that factors in cause most of these young chicks probably unlikely to do that, at least from my experience, but I don't have as much rapport with them. They're probably 3-4 shops I have major rapport with & gone to multiple times, but I like to try new shops often so that could be why, also why they won't take $200. I've tried a lot of times though. For me, I take Public transportation everywhere so if I am traveling from for example Beaverton to Vancouver to get FS, and it takes 2 hrs LOL I ain't trying to take my ball & go home or go to other shops LOL and waste more time so that also factors in for me.

Only way I do that is if I am with my boy D if we go together, as he drives etc & I don't. That's also a factor for me compared to likely most folks on this forum. I'll continue to try $200. I'm sure I'll get some takers. I usually get an hr. Perhaps trying hh with boom boom can get me there more often or just straight into boom boom. I'm all ears if you got any tips. Thanks in advance.

Whether you're haggling over the price of a massage and extras or a suitcase in a shop in Shanghai, the key is to be willing to walk out. Have a price, and if they don't like it, leave. You can start on the lower side, so you come up a little and meet in the middle, but know you're top price, and don't go over.

I only take that amount in with me, so I can tell them that's all I have. That way they can't convince you to go higher when the little brain is trying to take control.

You can't cheat them because they can always say no too.

Yes, lots of girl rotating at Candy are Chinese agencies girl that venture into AMP. This month, I had went to Hollywood, Love, Nine and Candy and Momo is still by far the most energetic.

1) Hollywood girls quality are slowly declining compare to 2 years ago and their major draw back are their walls is not against ceiling and you can hear almost anything that's happening in the shop. Won't repeat.

2) Love is limited with 2 room, so sometimes you have to wait and my Zoey experience is similar to what others has share. Young but not attractive and she loves to compliment how you look physically and literally everything about you and that's a little fakey for me. LOL.

3) Nine Spa, located in Aloha a bit far away from SE Portland side and I was running errand and decided to give it a shot. Girl name is NiNi? Mid to late 30 looking and she will not take off her cloth all the way, maybe to hide birth scar or belly? Mediocre CBJ, boring FS and everything is average or below average definitely won't repeat. She's accompanied by another older lady in her late 40's, probably shop owner or Mamasan. Beaverton / Aloha / Tigard region in general isn't on par with Portland.

4) Candy, their service queen Annie is back like some have mentioned with enhancement. Haven't gone back yet we will see. TBD

I spent quite a bit of time in China and in the touristy areas I would see people way overpay for things because they were basing the price on what they thought they would pay here and they were uncomfortable negotiating. The sellers knew this and took advantage.

Offering a fair price and walking away is what works the best. You can't underpay because they'll just let you keep walking. The trick there is to determine a fair price, which takes getting a few no's and adjusting accordingly. We have the advantage of this group to learn what others are paying. In the end you have to decide what it's worth to you because there are a lot of other things you can get with the same amount of money.

Tips is discretional in nature and determined by customer discretion base on their liking. Remember, everyone's experience and expectation and liking are all different.

Some general base guidelines for Tipping world are 15% to 20% and if you received a exceptional service you can tip over 20%.

If you have been blessed to have an abundance, I would encourage you to tip anybody you feel drawn to and whatever you feel comfortable with.

If you don't have much (that's fine) or just don't want to pay (more) than what you believe the market price (subjective opinion base on buying power) should be, that's fine too.

Illustrating 15% or 20% as tipping preference/option like what we see on a POS machine just further demonstrate that's a tipping *option* and it doesn't justify *market price*. Like you reinforced yourself, House (FEE) and provider (Tips) are two different categories. Fee is set standard value that one always pay and (TIPS) is discretional amount that we decide what we want to pay. Sharing what one or few pay for tips is one thing, but trying to manipulate or standardize something base what few handful of people pay and called it a *Market Price* is on a totally different scale. Just want to point that out!

Buying power is merely to POINT OUT, what's fair or not fair in your book isn't the same for me or others. That's just logic don't need to debate over common sense.

To put it in plain English, some member pay $200 and think that's fair market value, some might think that's a lot, some might think that's not a lot. Tips, I usually do not give a tip if the amount for extras was negotiated before hand. The house fee is fixed in my opinion. Kind of like tipping the coffee girl. My god You add the price of a tip to the coffee and its out of the world for any type of value 5 coffee beans and hot water poured into a cup.

However if the girl really goes above and beyond and does what I want her to do or perform. Then again if nothing was negotiated before hand. I am more generous. It seems Many times I have had the girl very happy and pleased with the amount I gave her. IF they get used to you and know you are a person who pays well and is consistent. You will get treated well. Like a restaurant I used to Frequent, I tipped well and was always taken care of Way ahead of anyone else. Sometimes they would ask a customer to slide over so I can have a seat if I was in the bar. I do not mind paying for service.

Back to places. So many new places So little time. I have been meaning to try the place on Powell and 148th. Its been a long time since I have been there. Short of reading back a long ways. Any updates.

Yes, while some might think its just the same when they pay $180-220, but girls are human too. This works both way, right? They might walk out the room more, less time spent on you or don't give you their 100% or maybe rushing through lots of things (you're *NOT* self aware of it). While one might argue there is not much difference but you be your own judge.

For example:
Person A) Pays $200, average service (1 shot) ^_^
Person B) Pays $300, exceptional service (1 shot or more) plus secret menu ^_^

On Grand blvd in the covue Anyone been there. Reports. Thanks all. Looks like I have never been to this one before. The others on Mill Plain are usually pretty good The one next to the nail salon had a hot spinner in it and was fun to enjoy. I like to explore new places. I like the full on massage and relaxation. Not the wam bam in and out as its not the value I am looking for. I like personal attention and true relaxation which I am happy to pay for.

2) Non-existent massage skill. Of course, it depends on how long the agency girl rotate in AMP world. Through time they will adapt and learn.

3) Poor or non-existent English. Since most of those agency girls served only their same ethnic Chinese clientele and I meant they literally don't understand a word you are saying versus AMP girls that speak some.

4) Busy store, they will only venture to busy store. Other lesser busy store can't feed their appetite and meet their $$ quota. I feel Portland is thriving and might get more of these ladies flying in from other big cities.

5) Routines, their routines are generally different than AMP and you can tell through experience.

6) Simply just ask and knowing what to ask.

Agency and especially the high end one are gears towards high paying customers (500+). Of course, you really need to go to big cities to try their agency to find out what the difference compare to AMP is. Like those agency that you go in and has 10 girls standing there for you to choose from.

I completely agree with you. I spend quite a bit of time with these ladies outside of the spa and it always amazes me how many customers they have who tip $100-$200 for just a handy when they will also get a guy off for $50. The difference being that the girls will very often try to talk a customer into 30 minutes who they know only tips $50 because they want to get them out the door as quick as possible without any extra effort being put into a massage. They don't speak very well of these customers either, many times fighting amongst each other because neither girl wants to take that customer when there's a chance that a bigger tipper may walk through the door.
