If mongers want to keep the field level maybe people could share the other places that offer bare just an idea.

I agree though about just slapping down 200 dollars and saying good enough, I never ever just put down money, the money stays in my wallet until me and a girl agree on a price.

We all know how Lily A ended up. Several others have been mentioned over time too. Once the word gets out, every entitled monger within ear shot goes in demanding bare. And they're not cheap to find out either, an hour cost 80-120 not including tips.
