Dickson08 you are creating a self inflationary beast with over tipping. 40 is the top of my budget especially for the quality and care for these extras. If you go to a major metropolis like ATL, Orlando, or Tampa that is the expected tip without any further discussion. Please don't think you are getting special consideration by tipping high amounts.

Cities, but service is better around my regular places with an extra tip. Has lead to leveling up in many cases where others have failed to even leave with a smile.
