Generally speaking I agree with you. However while point of my post was that they do NOT need a warrant to monitor text and I'm.

From technical perspective a cell is really just a fancy 2 way radio. One that pits out lots of unencrypted data out when communicating with towers, which is all the time. No special James Bond gear is required, commercially available scanners you can buy for $100 can allow anyone to ease drop on your cell calls and data.

Now from legal perspective I start again by saying I'm not a lawyer. But I did a little research for my own curiosity as I tend to communicate directly to girls on their phones, most by text, instead of using website or email to schedule. I just assumed it was safer than using than other ways with the added benefit of getting feedback directly from girls without a filter. Quick search showed me how naive I had been. Just Google wiretap text and you will see a great deal of literature discussing topic. While voice communication is protected and warrants are definitely required, data, which both text and I'm are considered, is governed by a different set of laws where the individual has far fewer protections.

Now it is definitely unlikely they would monitor a mongers phone its conceivable they would track a girls. And LEO is well known for putting screws to little guy to get info on bigger fish. Also keep in mind for some the exposure is far mire punitive than fines from system.

I'm just putting information out for guys to use on their own when assessing risk. What's paranoid or not. Or over the top we each make that decision on our own. I just want guys to have as much data as possible to make that call.

If any of you are fathers, then I'm sure you'll understand how devastating this is to me. Obviously, Kim is not totally innocent here. She had lost her job, is going to school, and was easy prey for an unscrupulous man to take advantage of the situation.

This 'pimp', if you want to call him that, recruits girls, sets up their profiles, email addresses, contact phone numbers, and writes all their ads. The girls have no input or access to these items, they were administered exclusively by this man. He also pushes his own self-serving agenda, and through a series of mind games makes the girls feel like it is impossible to get out.

From my understanding, law enforcement has been investigating for a while. About a week or so they busted this man, but not the girls. From my understanding (secondhand, unverified) law enforcement is attempting to set up a sting operation to go after anyone involved.

You'll notice that the links to web sites are no longer good, and the email addresses are no longer functional. Some of the major sites have taken down Kim's profiles, and I hope the remainder of them will be removed shortly.

Fair warning: If you or any of your friends are seeking a GFE experience with Kim or Tia, know that you are doing so in the face of an active law enforcement operation.
