But I am able to read all the reviews, so that part is really helpful.
I have no idea why, but it's really not that important.
But I guess I really would like to check out some of the pictures that the guys post, so I'm missing out there.

I know this is a retread subject, but I was just reviewing their differences today and thought I'd mention it here. The ONLY difference is that with SENTRI you can register a vehicle in the system, allowing you to drive across as the driver. A passenger in the vehicle with Global Entry has all the same crossing benefits as the SENTRI card holder. Only having GE will not allow you to register your car in the system, therefore you're limited to expedited crossing (access to SENTRI lanes) only as a passenger or pedestrian, not as driver.

Waiting on my I'd card because the only reason I don't go to TJ as often is that I've been stuck in the line crossing back to the US for 3 hours before on Pedwest.
You can totally register your vehicle using global entry. I did. Part of the application process asks you about adding a vehicle, I think it's another $25 but totally worth it.

Sounds to me like if you're a US citizen they're the same card. The differences must come into play if you're a foreigner.
