Ones a bachelor and the other is just finishing up a divorce. So I think we got the Portuguese covered.

There's a provider that I really want to see but she's requiring a $50 deposit using Cash App or PayPal. I'm not going to use PayPal because I don't want her knowing my full name. I've never used cash app before and am looking for feedback for those who have. I'm assuming you have to link it to a bank account or a credit card? When you send money to a provider, is it possible to use a phony name or does it automatically use the name associated with the account or CC that you used?

I've made several business trips to Kiev, Ukraine and it was great. While technically illegal, laws are not enforced and it is the provider who would get in trouble. Best part (for me) was the fact you can get take out from the strip clubs. Management understands and encourages it. Watch several dozen hot eastern European dancers and pick the one (or several) you like and take them back to your hotel. Best night was taking two straight up nine's back to my room at like 8:00 PM for three-four hours. Cost was $400 US total for both. Much cheaper can be had with some effort but the clubs just make it so easy to shop and buy.

It's legal for the provider, following a Supreme Court decision in 2014. But a follow-up law made purchasing illegal. That said, I'm comfortable saying that the authorities in Montreal aren't enforcing that law. So it's de facto legal.

Costa Rica is wide open as long as provider is 18. Panama has wide availability too. Both countries have respectable amounts of English speakers too.
