I recently had a rather dull session with Jennifer at Midori. She's a bit old for my taste, although her body is holding up OK. Most importantly, she was in a real hurry for me to finish. We did most of my favorite things, but it was all much too hurried. She did provide a fairly nice, strong massage. Overall, she definitely gets the thumbs down from me.

Went on Friday and had Kimmie, this place has been nothing but legit the last two years that I have went to it and that is what I expected this time. There are only two ways you are going to get into legal trouble at an AMP: (1) you are having sex with your masseuse when the police burst into the room; or (2) law enforcement sets up a sting in the AMP, and you proposition a law enforcement officer pretending to be a masseuse or you are otherwise recorded, on audio or video, offering money to the masseuse (regardless of whether she is an undercover LEO or not) in exchange for sex.
People can, and do, go to massage parlors that may be offering sexual services without expecting, asking for, or receiving such sexual services. Hell, I have had sessions at an AMP where all I received was a massage, and I did not ask for, and was not offered, anything else. If you read through this thread, there are numerous reports where somebody went to an AMP, and exactly nothing happened. In fact, there are a depressing number of such reports!

Suppose police burst into your room during a session at an AMP under the following scenarios:
1. The masseuse is naked or topless and is giving you a hand job while you are kissing her breasts.
2. Suppose she is not naked; maybe you just have your hands on her clothed butt while she is administering a happy ending.
Is this considered "having sex" according to your first criterion? Or maybe it depends on just what the meaning of "is" is (accoring to WJC)? I'm not trying to be controversial (well maybe just a little bit) , but it's worth clarifying a little bit. I don't pretend to know, but I suspect both of the above criteria "could" cause a monger to be in legal trouble. Having said that, assume that in the above situations there is no evidence of a "transaction for services." The police just burst in during the HE session and both the mongerer and masseuse deny any monetary transaction. Is there still a crime? Maybe for the masseuse but not for the mongerer? Confusing.
It does seem that LEO will bust a girl for offering HE in exchange for money. Under the LE websites, you see girls charged with "massaging the genitals" or something like that. But I do think it was an undercover LE that got his balls oiled in these cases.
By the way, you point out a legitimate risk in the second situation of an LEO sting at an AMP. In fact, such a sting occurred 3 years ago or so at an AMP in either Spartanburg or Greenville, SC. I forget which one. According to news reports (I think links were provided in one of the SC threads) , the LEO busted the working girls there, and then put in one or two undercover asian girls. They busted several guys, showing them in shackles and handcuffs.

I heard yelling at the front of the place and then the door to the scrub room was knocked on and an officer covered in black from head to toe opened the door, asked the girl to come out and then told me to get up and come out. I asked what was going on and was asked which room I was in. They "allowed" me to go in and put on my clothes while I asked what was the problem. After a few minutes the officers came in and asked my name and for I'd. All my info was in my truck and I gave my name and was asked if I would go out with an officer and get I'd. In retrospect, I should have said "no" since opening my truck may have led to a search of my vehicle. But I had nothing to hide and they didn't have probable cause so I figured what the hell. The main guy asked me if anything illegal was going on and I replied I to my knowledge this was a licensed establishment and asked why was it being raided? I was told they had reason to believe illegal activities were going on and unlicensed masseuses were working there. I was then told they had me on tape from the establishment, had my name and if I came back I would be detained. I told them if the place was illegal they should shut it down and I had done nothing to be detained for. They then told me not to be a smart ass and to leave. I asked if I could have my money back (LOL? I was then told again to leave. I did.

I was generally referring to sex, but a hand job would almost certainly be encompassed within the scope of the conduct prohibited by whatever statute or local ordinance applies under the circumstances. Obviously, there could be evidentiary issues that come into play with proving that you paid for that hand job, but judges and juries know the score. If you are engaged in sexual activity in an AMP, it's not because the masseuse was overcome with passion and had no choice but to grab hold of your johnson or hop up on it.
I remember that setup in Spartanburg, as well as the media coverage. Damn shame, that was. That was a good place!
