THANKS![/QUOTE]The few agencies I've reported in this thread have enough options for you. You need to be more specific about what do you mean by enthusiastic. Also, TER Chicago ad board always have some decent options of touring or local girls. You can read and search without VIP.
I have almost never seen an attractive provider on TER that posts $$$ or below. Hell, I would say the absolute MINUMUM a below 30 attractive SP I have seen post on TER ad boards is $$hr. I don't really even check it anymore.

The ones I'm tracking hardly operates in the west burbs, at least for incalls.
The only touring agency with EE girls that disappears from TER since last year is City Girls from Florida. They have a 800 number, ends with 2118. At least this is what I know. They still send girls to Chicago regularly, just use BestGFE for forum advertising and reviews. They ask for $300 per hour, they never host in downtown for cost reasons. I haven't seen a girl that I have to go through lots of hassle to meet in the burb for a long while. But yes, most their girls can only speak basic English, and would put up a good attitude, which makes them like a perfect toy and you can just go straight to the action for as long as you can.
Matchless Beauties is another agency from Florida and still advertises on TER, but Chicago is not the hot spot for them. They will have one EE girl visiting occasionally, also $300 per hour. Same fuck toy deal, which is lots of fun because they would host in downtown when coat is acceptable, and make the $300 rate a great deal.
I think the quality of providers from another couple agencies are better, and the girls have tons of reviews. But these agencies ask for $400 and up, at least their girls will host in both downtown and ohare areas. Price is more justifiable for downtown meeting in my opinion.
