Girls were always top-notch and personable, but the food was forgettable. The waitresses were trying really hard to push calendars and a couple of the Atlanta-area girls were actually featured in the calendar. What Hooter's did for the orange short shorts, Twin Peaks has done for the revealing plaid top. Take-out should be readily available after it has been opened for a while. I'm glad to have a Twin Peaks location coming to the Knoxville area.
