Tossing the Baby out with the Bath Water?
As one who had a run in with uncle, that advice means nothing if they really want to mess with you or the BP girl. In my case with a well reviewed girl and AFTER the act was complete they started pounding on the door. Could I have fought it and possibly won? Maybe, but the downside to losing was far greater than jumping through their hoops and accepting a deal. Bottom line, they don't need evidence to arrest, harass and ruin your life. Hell, they can even take your car if you drove there.
It's nothing but SB's for me now. Can't afford another run in with uncle.
Sorry you had a bad experience. Too bad you didn't stand up for yourself in the courts. Breaking in after an act was consummated seems like a win for any defense attorney worth his salt. Unless you gave up your 5th Amendment Rights or the girl did, I doubt they had enough to convict. Or were there key facts not mentioned like the girl setting one up?
But true. IF the cops want to mess with you they will. Sure they can arrest you for apparently no reason. That said, just because the cops CAN mess with you doesn't mean that one should not take precaution, preserve their rights or play in a way that allows an attorney to get charges dropped or prevail.
If one can't stand the potential embarrassment at home or professionally, then one ought not play the game. Seems like SB dating isn't risk free either, plenty of chances for a SB to create a scene, contact a SO, blow up a phone or create other kind of trouble. I can't recall seeing it YET, but me thinks if LE is running stings off of CL & BP, at some point some crusading LE is gunna find a way into the SB scene too.
So yeah, go ahead and "date" using your personal email address, phone number registered in your own name, take your phone into dates and talk sex for money! The evening news is waiting for you. Jeez.
Nah, I think it makes sense to play carefully and safe if for no other reason than to give one's attorney a fighting chance. Me thinks most of what was mentioned would do that, but I'm all ears for additional suggestions.
Oh, and in addition in the situation where one does encounter LE, it makes sense to know ones rights and how to avoid giving up one's rights. 20-min of the follow gives a good primer.

What exactly constitutes money for sex?
...
That said, however, if one has been talking sex for money via email / text and shows up for a M&G it is all over: especially if one is carrying the phone / device that has those texts / communications tied to it. Female LE will text / call the way she made contact and when it goes off in your possession there is no denying it was you: electronic offer made, person tied to electronic offer, done deal.
....
HWG 1-2-3 methodology mentions $ per date and I use phrases like 'I can offer 100 per meeting' in text / email. Can I get nailed?
Did you get a reloadable card?
I bought one from Walmart, they are looking to verify a social security number. I tried a bogus one but it would not validate.
Suggestions requested.
Thanks.
T.
I have gotten One Vanilla prepaid debit cards whose max is 500. Did not have to provide any info. To register the card (for online purchases, gas stations) used a bogus name / address and the same info who should be entered when required by a transaction even though only the ZIP is matched.
Check out abine.com

Do gift cards work on SA, SD4 M and other such sites? Can one use it for a re-occuring monthly charges for a cell phone?
Gift cards can be used wherever credit / debit cards are accepted but cannot use them to get cash from ATMs.
SD4 ME puts fraudulent charges on the card you use though in my case it was not too much about $4. Your bank may issue virtual card numbers with a set limit and expiration date which can be used on SD4 ME.
Finally check out abine.com to keep charges off your real life card they will be masked and appear as charges from abine. There is a fee for the service and they also offer telephone numbers to use instead of your real number.
It may not be easy to track cash transactions
My understanding is that prepaid credit cards (which can be reloaded) aren't anonymous, while gift cards are. Well sort of. The level of anonymity is good enough to hide transactions from the wife but not truly anonymous. LE can track everything from the card or check that was used to purchase the prepaid or gift card (you could pay cash and bypass that one to some extent) to obtaining video surveillance of the purchaser (they are able to do this because of course criminals and terrorists use prepaid cards and burner phones). Not an issue for a typical SD or monger.
...
Even if the surveillance video identifies customers matching them with the transactions will depend on the recollection of the clerk. Of course they can investigate all the cash paying customers but that will need more resources.
Of course they don't agree
My personal belief is that anyone 21+ messing with someone under 18 should be in trouble. Apparently several legislatures do not agree with me.
What kind of girls do you think they like? They're not going to pass laws that get themselves in deep trouble. They're stupid, but not THAT stupid.
