Almost all SB I have dealt with in past 9 months have used what seems to be same guide manual / script that has different approaches depending on what is the SB want to do. For example if she wants to charge for meet and greet or PPM they follow same script and same response to the counter offers. I have ended up those conversations telling them her deal is a deal breaker because a good deal is when both parties have something to loose if they don't honor the terms.

The simping brigade is strong here. When I bother these days with seeking I have a simple policy. No one over 29 and I never ever talk about ppm / allowance or whatever before coffee or a drink.
