You have two rights upon detention, first, to remain silent, second to have counsel.

If you just say, I do not want to say anything, they can still arrest you.

If you are drunk and will not get out of the car to walk a straight line, you can be arrested on suspicion of DUI and there is implied consent to take a breath or blood test. All you do is buy time, which is probably not enough to get you under the limit, but maybe the cop is just lazy and lets you go.

As for fig, what irks me is that I know there are no stings going on, but some gals, especially Latinas, will simply not get in the fucken car. They want to haggle price like is an outdoor market in the 14th century. The other night a girl said how much, I said, get in the car, I do not want to discuss money. She said, no, we will discuss it now. I said, you are either a cop or do not know the play, and left. I think I did the right thing.

The reason not to discuss $$$ is that the crime, as of now, is solicitation. The act of requesting pussy for money. Just asking someone to get in your car is not a crime, so long as you do not pull an illegal right turn on fig to do so. Once the girl is in the car, you discuss money. The concept is that no girl will get in the car if she is a decoy. They want to have you either on tape or by affidavit asking to do it for money.

Now, from the case of friends (LOL, I was never busted) who were busted, it was always that they were taken to a hotel after the girl got in the car. And they did not talk about stuff until the girl got in. I have never had a girl tell me to go to a specific place, I always pick it, or now, I have a room.

On Sepulveda, I think the decoys simply arrest johns right there, IE. They pull you over and take you to a mobile booking station.

So just be quiet about the $$$ and don't make illegal right turns.

On my prior post. Not that it should ever be a problem on fig, but if you are detained and read your rights, and then you are then asked questions, if you say "I want to remain silent", they have to leave you alone but they can keep bothering you and if you then say something, it is admissible provided you waived your right to remain silent. The "strictness" of this waiver is not that strict, and especially if they keep bugging you, you are apt to waive it by kind of saying, yeah I want to talk. Of course, they cannot coerce you to talk, but cops never do taht.

However, if you say, I want an attorney, they have to leave you the fuck alone. The only way to waive that once you state it is for you to contact the cops. The only way they can initiate questioning after your statement you want an attorney is to get one for you.

So, always assert your right to an attorney. And then prepare 10 k for a retainer.

They claimed I failed their field sobriety test, and gave me a chance to sign an admission at the station to avoid taking the breathalyzer. Since I knew I had drank any alcohol, I declined and took the test which came back 0. 00. The male cop seemed shocked that I was being honest about it. His partner, a big bull dikey looking sow told me to spend the money I was going to spend on that hooker to catch a cab back to my car, which was some three miles from the police station they took me to.

All cops are taught to phish for charges wether minor traffic offenses or whatever they want but the less you say the less is on the report. They think they're slick but when their report reaches the the office the the will be like what the fuck your report is only things the cop is assuming?

I've been window shopping fig for over a year now whenever I get off work late (2 am) and decided this morning Since a have a free stay at Marriott for being a first responded I would Take advantage of the room ad grab something on the menu. During my first stroll, the track was flooded wit SW Chocolate and vanilla. Per the advice of this forum I didn't rush my decision and took a few laps first. I created mental list of the ones I wanted and started to make my moves. My first choice was apparently everyone's first choice because as I drove up the rear of 68th (on the110 side of fig) there was a line for this beauty down to the end of the block. So I waited patiently like I was in the post covid 19 grocery store lines. By the the time it was my turn the check out, the tall WSW with the red onesie / jean jacket was long gone and left behind those hideous ones that look like they ate the one I was looking for. No big deal I wanted to stay optimistic so on to plan b. Circled around to come up that street that that comes right before gage across from the gas station and for this curvy Latina with pink underwear on coming up this block there is a line too l. I wait and she is still there when I get to the front. But then it dawns on me, how TF I'm I supposed to walk through Marriott with a butt naked escort? I needed a woman that wasn't too. Naked. So I look around and found a 5'0 spinner type BSW on 68th that wasn't there before. She was Dressed in jeans so I drove up to her and got a close look and she had to be 16 yrs at the most. Don't need them problems so I took off heading back to gage /110 to give up on my journey. As I'm turning on gage I spot a BSW roughly the same size but with d-cups poking out of her ribbon tied black crop top walking down fig in the other direction. I don't care if have I to literally get out of the car and snatch her I wasn't going to let her get away I circle around gage towards the 110 to the back streets for about the 50th time. Only this time I was going about 70 mph I get a few blocks ahead of her at about 69th and just wait at the corner facing fig and ready to curse out any Pigs that want to try question me LOL. Well as she gets near a silver Tacoma pickup hits a you-turn and stops her right before reaching me. Before I could even let out more explicitives, a grey Explorer with police lights comes flying down the same street I just came from also going 70 mph right past me towards them. The Tacoma speeds off to the backstreet and the BSW starts speed running while talking on her phone. Plan clothes hop out of the explorer and put her up against the wall. I make a left turn and get Out of there for the final time. I don't know if someone caught up with the Tacoma. But I'm glad I wasn't in his position to find out.

I'm on my burner phone and it's very small with a 3 inch screen.
