It's a great deal to lose all just for an exciting hobby. On the other hand, I believe that it can be done in moderation, perhaps even on an ongoing basis, with enough caution (particularly the three rules I posted).

My "need" for the exciting hobby is similar to yours. There is nothing interesting about sex with my girlfriend -- I can't even say it's something I particularly look forward to, it's just something I do in order to satisfy a need, sort of like eating when you're hungry. We don't always get the gourmet meal full of variety by the globally recognized chef of the year for every dinner meal, but as long as we put ourselves in an adult state of mind and realize that life does not entitle us to that, then we are happy to eat whatever we normally eat. Happiness and / or contentment truly comes from within -- we decide if we are happy with what we have or whether we always need more.

I've learned that I can't have everything I want in life, and that is the nature of the human mind to demand more than what we have, regardless of what we do have. And, that the key to true happiness is learning to counter-balance that regretful side of human nature by learning to appreciate what we have instead of always wanting something else.

Thinking like that has taken me a long time and lot of hard-earned lessons. But I'm damn glad I learned to do it.

For the most part, at that age, their personality and lack of maturity will get on your nerves to the point it's a chore to spend time with them anywhere other than the bedroom -- it won't matter if you're at a water park with them or having dinner or just driving in the car.

On the other hand I've met 18 year olds that were mature beyond their years. Especially if they have younger sisters, it makes them grow up faster. Taking them to do something fun or of their choosing will probably pay you more dividends in the end, and will help them relate to you.

BP has temporarily responded by simply not charging for ads, but they cannot sustain that way. What they were doing was deemed legal in Russia because of the way music is licensed there, but because it was a problem for the music industry here, they found a way to effectively shut them down.

It started with blocking credit cards and any other form of banking available to North America, and slowly progressed to the point where the service still "sort of" exists to a handful of grandfathered underground users, but the overall experience, and the hassles and hoops you had to jump through just to get a simple transaction through was more than most people would be willing to tolerate.

The problem is that once it is deemed to be a conduit to "illegal" activity, it's going to be a lot worse than what happened to allofmp3 for SD sites, because as I said they were deemed to be operating legally (just not to the subjective liking of US legislature). SD sites will not be able to play that card if there is a lot of evidence on the table of people making direct offers for money for sex transactions via mail and text, thus will suffer a much worse fate than music sharing sites.

I have been doing internet marketing for many years and have worked for every dating site from eHarmony to SA to F a MILF tonite, and 10 more I wont name (and still do), and I can guarantee you that there will always be a fix for any CC processing problem or FTC issue that may arise.

The fate would be more like what happened to Silk Road than anything you would encounter at a perfectly legal dating site that's having some commerce problems.

Look up Silk Road (the drug website) to see where things would go.

Sugardaddying itself would never go away of course, but it would be forced into underground mode where far fewer girls would be comfortable even uploading their pictures to it, and it would not get near the media exposure that it gets now.

I'm sure it would continue in some form -- it can still be done via mainstream dating sites, but doing it successfully and in high volumes would get a lot more difficult.

Mainstream college girls do this because the websites have legitimized it in their mind and made it safe. Once that legitimacy is undermined, and it becomes watch-dogged to the point where their future is in jeopardy if they signup for a site, that category of women won't be available online in anywhere near the same volumes.

I recently cut a potential out that wanted to "keep it simple". When I had that defined she was leaning toward the do it an go arrangement, of which I replied that it sounded to much like an escort deal, and thank you but I wasn't looking for that and ended it. I will be one of the SD that won't contribute to the escorts coming on this site. If we all just collectively do the same it would go a long way to preserving what we have.
