I did my small cruise at night, around 130-300am. Very empty, on cicero Nothing, then went to norf and saw 1-2 no dice, pass. Went back to cic and saw 2 more by diver. Once seemed OK and the other too "thirsty". The taller / better one, walked south to Fully and waited again at the bus stop.
