For the money, for the pleasure or both?
Many good points here.
All of girls doing this work are simply in it for the money. Now are there instances were there is sexual attraction and on their end toward a favorite, handsome, or charming client for sure. I have heard girls go on dates with clients, go party with clients, even start relationships, or they find a sugar daddy who has plenty of money to splurge on them.
But I am sure many of us can attest to amazing hot sessions and others where the girl is as cold as ice and has the look they wish they were anywhere else. Its always a mixed bag. I think guys will find what they are looking like some may want the chick offering everything physical whereas maybe others want the girl that is going to talk to them and make more of a mental or emotional connection.
Some girls do have more of a sexual drive than others or are more open to different things whereas maybe a significant other just like occasional or only one thing. From my point of view that is just as much a reflection of you for choosing them as it is for the other person. Relationships always change some for the better and some for the worse..
Mc Nutty, you make some good points.
A woman's sexuality is more due to her biology and psychology than to that of her partner. Women, like men, can and do have sex with their hands in rooms, all alone. Most research suggests that women masturbate about as often as we men do. Some women masturbate many times in a day; some once a week, some once a year, and a few never. The higher libido women, who often masturbate are more likely to work in the sex industry than those who seldom or never masturbate.
So, when hookers have sex with their clients, their enjoyment depends much more on their own mood and sex drive than it does on the charm and good looks of the john. Unlike men, women's libido follows the cycle of ovulation. It is more robust mid-cycle. If you encounter a lady in mid-cycle on the morning after her day off, especially if she did not masturbate for 24 hours, she is much more likely to enjoy an orgasm when you lick her rosebud.
Again my favorite video:

Hookers enjoy sex. Wives enjoy love.
I think there are shades of gray. A woman may not be hot for sex, but she is ok with it. And if she can make as much in 1 day, as she can in a week doing nails, that tips the balance. So several motivations may blend within a single woman.
Regarding wives, hopefully there is love, but in many cultures, marriages are arranged to some extent, or people marry because of tremendous parental pressure to have kids. Or they may force themselves so they are not considered Christmas cookies (no one wants them after the 25th). So this might explain why they are not enjoying sex that much. Also, in a marriage a guy might just do mish, but the same guy when he visits the house of ill repute might want the wild stuff he doesn't do at home.
In general, many blurred rationales. I think the mature view from our point of view. Is that any notion of bonding with a sex worker, or getting high on her sexual response is going to ultimately be a heart breaker. We should try to keep it as professional as they do, and avoid catching any feelings.
Dark Room, you hit the nail on the head.
Even in cultures where marriages are arranged, couples should and do learn to love. This has little to do with sex after the first few years of marriage. Sharing the challenges of life and especially of children, bond the couple together. After the children are gone, there should remain a friendship that allows both parties to fuck as many other people as they wish. Unfortunately, it seldom ends this way.
I agree that relationships with sex workers rarely evolve into successful long-term partnerships. There has to be much much more than "She certainly knows how to rim my ass. " to build a long friendship and a family.
Hope others will chime in here.
