Okay people it appears there is action during variable time between Cicero and Kostner on 16th st. I had to travel this route again a few more times because of the board references.

I was in town last week, wrapped up dinner late with some customers and then went out for a cruise at about 11 pm. Did the stroll on North ave to Cicero, then down Cicero to 47th, then over to Archer, over and over, hoping to find something tasty. Did this until about 3 am.
